This puppy is sold as pet quality AKC papers will be sent by mail if not in hand up to 90 days. No guarantee is made as to size, color, disposition, confirmation, working ability, or breeding ability.

This puppy is guaranteed to be free of Parvo and/or Distemper for a period of 21 days or 11 weeks of age. This guarantee does not cover accidental injury.

In the unlikely event of this puppy's death, a statement from a licensed veterinarian confirming such and event is required. If cause is unknown or questionable, an autopsy is required before action will be taken.

The buyer must take the puppy to a veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of purchase. Upon examination if the vet finds any life-threatening illness in the puppy, the purchaser has the right to return the puppy for a replacement puppy of equal value. A statement or report of life-threatening illness from a licensed veterinarian and all original papers must be returned along with the puppy for a replacement, providing the puppy has sustained no injury after the buyer took possession.

The breeder further guarantees this puppy for 12 months (from date of birth) against life-threatening defect is found, the breeder will replace this puppy with another of the same breed, quality, and sex. The replacement will be subject to availability of the buyer. The buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore is not covered; umbilical hernia, undescended testicle, underbite/overbite Ichthyosis. Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems are attributed to a hereditary problem and not due to accident or illness.

Buyer also understands that seller will not be responsible for veterinary bills, shipping, legal or any other expenses incurred in connection with the care of this puppy or the execution of this contract at any time.

This guarantee is null and void if:

1) The buyer does not maintain preventative care of the puppy/dog, including, but not limited to inoculations, internal parasites, and heartworm preventative medicine.

2) The puppy/dog has been breed.

3) This contract must be signed before puppy leaves breeder.

4) The puppy/dog is sold or ownership is transferred to another person.

5) If the puppy has been over vaccinated.

This written agreement is a binding contract entered in the State of Iowa, County of Appanoose, according to and by Iowa
